Product Information

Description

The Jiyi Back Obstacle Avoidance Radar module is mainly used to measure the relative distance between the drone and the obstacle in the back of the flight, so as to avoid the obstacle effectively. Obstacle avoidance radar adopts 24GHz radar technology, which can work in all weather under strong light, high temperature, fog, dust, wind, and night. Its sensitivity is high, the detection distance is long, and the signal transmission is fast and stable. Electric wires, small trees with a trunk of 10 cm, people with a height of 1.7 m, and telephone poles with a height of 15 cm play an excellent obstacle avoidance function for high-speed drones, which is very suitable for farming drones to work in complex outdoor environments.

Features:
Working in 24GHz ISM band
One transmit path and two receive paths are separated for maximum gain
Optimized noise figure and high receiver gain for better obstacle detection
Total 1.2W power consumption
Optimized small size
High sensitivity
Long detection distance
Fast signal transmission
Stable signal transmission
All-weather work
Strong environmental adaptability.

Applications:
The JIYI back obstacle avoidance radar, typically used in agriculture drones, helps ensure safe navigation by detecting obstacles in the drone's path, particularly behind it. This allows the farming drones to avoid collisions with trees, power lines, or other objects while performing tasks like spraying or monitoring crops.
